Based in Chicago Illinois, Global Golf Management is a worldwide sports event management company with a storied past and an exciting future. Founded in 1989, GGM has successfully staged more than 1000+ events on five continents. We’ve discovered the perfect formula for honoring the history, dedication, and commitment that the sport of golf is known for while presenting it in a package that’s innovative and exciting.

Our team

At GGM we believe that professionalism can still be exciting. Our team is made up of highly dedicated, down-to-earth individuals who are ready to face any challenge with a positive attitude, a fresh approach, and a relentless commitment to our client’s complete satisfaction.

Mike Harmon, Principal

Mike Harmon is a principal at Global Golf Management (GGM), a worldwide sports event management company founded in 1989. A 25-year veteran of the golf industry, Harmon launched his career at the Kroger Senior Classic in Cincinnati, OH. At GGM, he focuses on new project development and the pursuit of business opportunities for the company’s clients and partners. He was responsible for the creation of the PGA TOUR’s Barbasol Championship and currently serves as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Open, the largest PGA TOUR event in the Caribbean. Harmon has also served as tournament director for several professional tour events, including the World Cup of Golf in Malaysia and the Shinhan Korea Golf Championship. He earned a degree from the University of Michigan and currently resides in Birmingham, AL, with his wife Shannon and their two sons, Brady and Jake.

Jeff Raedle, Principal

Heading up the Chicago office for Global Golf Management, Jeff Raedle oversees the management and business affairs of the company. Jeff started his career as an operations intern in 1992 at the Mediterranean Open in Valencia, Spain. In a storied 25+ year career with GGM, he has based remotely across the globe, directing events in China, South Africa, Mexico, and Argentina, among others.  Raedle’s expansive experience in Brazil led to GGM’s integral role producing the first ever golf competitions at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Jeff is fluent in the Spanish language and, in addition, speaks German and Portuguese. Raedle has a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Illinois.

Julian Bourse, Tournament Operations Manager

A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Julián a made rapid ascension with GGM- tournament volunteer, intern, to operations support, to his current role.  With years of experience in big time events such as concerts, rodeos, and a senior expedition leader in the Antarctic, ‘Cuco’ Bourse is GGM’s go-to at the Puerto Rico Open, Presidents Cup, and projects in Asia. Mr. Bourse resides in San Juan.

Karen Calvesbert, Tournament Manager

Karen serves the Tournament Manager for the Puerto Rico Open on the PGA TOUR.  She oversees a number of GGM projects, and previously worked as Tournament Coordinator on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica. Karen played collegiate golf at Rollins College, 1997-2001, earning a BA in Environmental Studies. As a San Juan native, Karen was a 5-year member of the Puerto Rico National Golf Team.

Zach Decicco, Tournament Operations Director

Zach is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and was a Sociology major (2012) at Washington  & Jefferson College. Zach oversees operations at GGM’s new Web.com project in Sarasota, FL.  Zach also leads overseas projects in The Bahamas and Asia.  Prior to Global Golf he worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, Florida where he was Facilities Coordinator of day-to-day operations at Mckechnie Field.  He currently resides in Redington Beach, Florida.

Rick Doell, Tournament Operations Director

Rick, a member of Global Golf’s field operations team since 1994, acts as the Operations Director at the Rex Hospital Open, a Web.com Tour event. He serves in a similar capacity at various other domestic events. Rick, an educator, teacher and football coach for 25 years at the college and high school level, earned his BA at Colgate University and his M.ED at Alfred University, both in New York.

Dan Foley, Tournament Operations Manager

A three-year veteran with GGM, Dan first interned with GGM at the 2017 Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic.  His core responsibilities include managing GGM’s operations at the Puerto Rico Open, Kia Classic, and Barbasol Championship.  Dan is a native of Foxboro, MA graduated from the University of Hartford, as a marketing major.

Michael Kelley, Tournament Operations Director

Michael oversees GGM’s operations and logistical efforts at a number of projects. Kelley made the jump from club pro to event operations in 2013.  Mr. Kelley has played an integral operations role both domestically and abroad, with key stints at the Hero World Challenge, Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic, Barbasol Championship.  He is a graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham with a degree in Business Management.

Joseph Klimschot, Tournament Operations Manager

A recent Business/Entrepreneur graduate at the University of Kansas, Joe has found wanderlust to his liking, as he covers GGM projects in Bahamas, Mexico, Korea, and Australia, alongside his US based responsibilities.  Klimschot resides in Kansas City, Missouri, and is a fan of Omaha beef.

Brian Krusoe, Tournament Director

Mr. Krusoe started with GGM in 2006 and grew up in Ohio. Brian is currently the Tournament Director for the Web.com Tour’s Rex Hospital Open and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Selina Maddox, Tournament Services

Selina joins GGM with experience working with volunteers from both LPGA Tour and PGA TOUR events. She currently oversees the volunteers at the Rex Hospital Open and Barbasol Championship. Selina is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with her four children Sara, Bentley, Greer and Molly.

Patty Nogle, Tournament Services

Patty has been with Global Golf Management for the past 15 years, and assists on many events including the Puerto Rico Open. Patty’s interest for golf was introduced to her by her father Waldo Matthews, a high school coach.

Bryan Pettigrew, Tournament Director/National Sales

Bryan joins GGM as our new Tournament Director at the Barbasol Championship at Champion Trace in Lexington, Kentucky. Bryan will also focus on fulfilling the role as our new National Sales Director, working with the business development team to expand GGM’s presence in golf and other sports and business ventures.  Formerly, Pettigrew served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sponsorship of the Breeders’ Cup.  Bryan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Communications, and resides in Lexington.

Jason Richert, Tournament Operations Director

Jason is based in Detroit, having recently moved to the Motor City, as GGM’s lead operations director for the 2019 Rocket Mortgage Classic.  A long time veteran of the New Orleans restaurant industry, Mr. Richert joined GGM as an opportunity to mesh his passion for golf, event production, and new project development.  Jason is a graduate of LSU.

Matt Truax, Business Development

Matt Truax has been working with the GGM team since 2006 and serves as the Project Manager for the White Sands Series – Bahamas, and Puerto Rico Open.  Previously, Truax directed GGM’s LPGA events in The Bahamas and Dallas. Matt is instrumental in all new business initiatives for Global Golf.  Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Loyola, and was a 4-year standout on the basketball team.

Pablo Zarattini, Tournament Operations Director

Pablo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has a degree in Psychology with Sports specialization.  A seven year veteran at the Puerto Rico Open, Pablo bases out of San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Zarattini serves as Project Manager for  GGM’s events overseas including the World Cup of Golf, The Presidents Cup, and various projects in Asia.  He joined GGM in 2012, previously overseeing PGA TOUR Latinoamérica operations for 2 years.

Pedro Zorrilla, Commercial Director/Sponsorships

Pedro is a San Juan, PR native and serves as the head of GGM’s commercial efforts in Puerto Rico, as well as other new ventures and development, including the 2020 Super Bowl.  Mr. Zorrilla is a go-getter, and has been instrumental in GGM’s charity efforts on the island of Puerto Rico, raising more than 1.0m for education and sports initiatives.
